Valentina Ruby is a made to-order brand based Australia. Our pieces are entirely handmade in our workshop in limited numbers with a focus on quality deadstock fabrics.

PRICES

All the prices are given in AUD. Unless you have changed currency from the currency selector.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please allow 21 working from the order date before we dispatch (outside weekends and bank holidays). Every garment is made to order and we do not carry stock. All orders are shipped from Australia using Australia Post. We ship worldwide, the shipping fees are automatically calculated at the basket. Custom duties and taxes may apply outside Australia and we are not responsible for this. We cannot predict the duties and taxes payable. Customs fees are calculated based on the package’s value and we will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were refused due to unpaid duties. Please be sure to check your country’s duties and taxes including VAT / GST before you order so you can anticipate what other costs might be relevant. By ordering with Valentina Ruby, you agree to pay any taxes and duties which will be claimed from customs services.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES + DUTIES

Please keep in mind that what you online shop this does not include potential taxes and duties charges which may be applied by customs authorities upon delivery into your country. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly as these vary from country to country.

Refusal to pay customs taxes or duties may result in the parcel being returned to us, in which case we reserve the right to charge customers any shipping fees associated.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS HOLDS

Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays or holds. In the event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted by your local customs department or postal service regarding your delivery, please get in contact with us and we will happily look into this for you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are a small team of three. When you order a garment from our e-shop, please understand that the piece will be made especially for you and that we spent hours on your order to make it. Therefore, we only offer a six month credit note in the instance that the garment is faulty. Articles must be returned in perfect condition, not used or damaged. Returns will not be accepted without an approved Authority To Return form. For returns approval please email hello@valentinaruby.com.au Returns will only be accepted if it has been accepted by Customer Service and a credit note will be generated.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please be sure to launder your garments according to the care label. Refer to garment care page for more information.

DATA PROTECTION

Valentina Ruby does not share any of your private information.
